WEIGH-IN CEREMONY IN JAPAN ENDS IN TEN MINUTES

December 30, 2013

TOKYO, JAPAN

As follows are the results of todayfs weigh-in ceremony on Monday in Tokyo, Japan:

Since there was neither Brandon Rios nor Jose Luis Castillo, everything at the weigh-in proceeded so smoothly that the well-organized ceremony ended in just ten minutes for both the WBA and WBC 130-pound title bouts. An inspector of the Japan Boxing Commission (JBC) seldom moved the scale around 130 pounds, the limit of the super-feather category. All the contestants quickly finished the weigh-in. Only time-consuming was our photographersf persistent requests for various poses while the champ and the challenger standing close to the scale. All looked in excellent shape, and we look forward to watching spectacular fights tomorrow.

This show will be presented by Watanabe Promotions in association with Teiken Promotions.
